"The reason this works well for scraps is because all of the pieces come from either two and a half inch squares or two and a half inch little rectangles."

"If you've got jelly roll strips, very easy to get the squares or the rectangles."

"The first step is to take one of these squares and put it right on top of one of the rectangles with the line going like this, and we're going to stitch along the line or slightly to this side of the line."
